I have been in the Real Estate Industry since 1985 with the majority of my tenor as an Escrow/Title Agent; opening and closing multiple transactions of various types. Which gives me a terrific advantage in helping you buy or sell your home. I am creative and innovated, with good technical ability to work through most challenging situations and I specialize in creative financing, such seller carrybacks and can help with hard money lenders. Some of my transactions include Single Family Residence, Land Acquisitions, New Subdivisions, New Construction, and a various types of Commercial Transactions. With my work ethic, enthusiasm, persistence, background and history, I am the logical choice to be your personal real estate agent. I am dedicated to my clients and work very hard to make buying or selling as smooth and efficient as possible. Buying or Selling should not be rocket science, after all.

As Certified Senior Real Estate Specialist, I have additional training in working with and helping and the sensitivities of seniors needs as they transition to a new lifestyle living.

I was a member of the Arizona Geriatric Society as a fundraiser and volunteer. I have chaired a number of committees for Soroptimist International and I have served on the Board of Realtors for 3 years. I also was an active participant in Cave Creek chapter for Habitat for Humanity.
